CINE Not just signal transmission This is signal supremacy LYNK

What makes Cinelynk so special?

Regular systems are transmitters and receivers. Cinelynk is different. Cynelink is a mesh network, each radio transmits and receives. The network can be scaled up indefinitely by adding more radios. The SDR (Software defined radio) is super flexible, as each node forwards the data on the network right where it’s needed. It works as seamless as a WiFi, just so much more powerful. Starting from the idea of a high performance network, we managed to integrate more functions, which usually come all together on a film set. Video, Lens control, audio, intercom and even remote head control, it’s all in one powerful, long range system.

01
REACH - WITHOUT Compromise

Most wireless systems are confined to congested public frequencies like 2.4GHz or 5.0GHz—making them prone to interference from nearby Wi-Fi and mobile networks. CineLynk is built differently. Operating on license-based, professional frequencies, it offers a dedicated 20 MHz bandwidth within the chosen channel—ensuring clean, uninterrupted transmission, even in the most demanding RF environments. With up to 20 watts of transmission power, CineLynk provides rock-solid communication over distances exceeding 6 kilometers (line of sight). Whether deployed as a standalone wireless system or integrated into your existing on-set infrastructure as an access point, CineLynk delivers unmatched range, stability, and control—designed for the realities of modern production.

02
Camera control

The integration of cameras into the CineLynk network gives DITs and DOPs full remote control over camera settings from a single access point—ensuring frame rates, white balance, and gamma are perfectly matched across all units. For DITs, this means peace of mind: they can verify and adjust settings from a distance, saving time and avoiding costly mistakes in post. Combined with 5G and Starlink, CineLynk even enables real-time access via VPN from anywhere in the world—if needed.

03
Lens Control

The integration of the cmotion cGate into the CineLynk system brings full remote access to any LBUS-connected device - unlocking a powerful new level of control for DOPs and camera assistants. Whether it’s adjusting the iris, toggling internal ND filters, or fine-tuning the angle of a motorized polarization filter, all settings can be accessed and controlled wirelessly from virtually anywhere on set - or even remotely, when needed. This seamless connectivity allows for faster workflows, greater precision, and more creative flexibility, especially in dynamic shooting environments or when cameras are mounted in hard-to-reach positions.

04
Intercom

Intercom systems have become essential tools in modern filmmaking, ensuring clear and constant communication across departments. However, most standard solutions are limited in range, making reliable communication challenging on large-scale sets or remote locations. CineLynk overcomes this limitation by bridging two intercom base stations, enabling seamless, long-range communication between the base and the camera team. In a world first, CineLynk also allows interoperability between different intercom systems—meaning you can, for example, connect a Hollyland C1 with a Riedel Bolero system without any compromises in performance or clarity.

The Software

Our Pre-Planing Software allows for a detailed location preplanning to pre define ranges, repeaters and antenna position. That decreases prep times on location by 90% compared to other systems on the market and ensures a reliable mesh network over the whole shooting area.

The Pre-Planning page of our software allows users to position CineLynk radios directly on real topographic maps, ensuring optimal communication coverage even before arriving on location.
Key parameters such as antenna height, transmission power, and signal capacity can be calculated and adjusted during the very first production meeting – eliminating the need for an initial location scout.
Both omnidirectional and directional sector antennas are available, giving you maximum flexibility based on your specific shooting environment.

All CineLynk radios are equipped with GPS antennas, allowing for real-time tracking of each unit directly on the map interface.
This feature is especially valuable during shoots involving moving targets – such as vehicle tracking, drone operations, or action sequences – where maintaining line-of-sight and communication stability is critical.
By monitoring the live positions of all radios, teams can make dynamic adjustments on the fly, ensuring uninterrupted connectivity and precise coordination across all moving units.
It adds an extra layer of control and confidence, particularly in fast-paced or complex production environments.

All CineLynk radios can be remotely configured – either individually or as a group – giving production teams full control from a single centralized interface.
Whether it’s adjusting frequencies or modifying transmission power, these changes can be executed instantly without the need for physical access to each radio unit.
This remote programmability is especially useful on large sets, in hard-to-reach locations, or during fast-paced shoots where efficiency and responsiveness are critical.
It significantly reduces downtime and enhances operational flexibility, allowing the crew to adapt quickly to changing production needs or interference challenges.

The CineLynk system offers a comprehensive suite of metadata and signal control features, designed to maximize reliability and performance in any environment.
One of its most valuable capabilities is that each radio can independently scan and monitor up to six different frequencies simultaneously.
This allows operators to identify the cleanest and most reliable channels during pre-setup or live operation, helping to avoid interference and optimize system performance.
It’s particularly useful for productions operating across different countries, where frequency licensing regulations may vary and careful frequency planning is essential. (Potential licensing of frequencies in different countries may apply).
